Entrance Loan Counseling and Exit Loan Counseling

Entrance Counseling is a federal requirement for all federal loan programs except the PLUS loan. Entrance explains to the student borrower their rights and responsibilities when taking a federal loan.  This has to be completed prior to the first disbursement of your loan.

Exit Counseling is a federal requirement for all loan programs except the PLUS loan.  This has to be completed when a student graduates, leaves school, or drops below half-time enrollment.
