St. Andrews University honors service

Laurinburg, N.C. – St. Andrews University honored 12 members of the faculty and staff for years of service during a reception Friday afternoon in the Carol Grotnes Belk Main Room.

“We are recognizing individuals who have committed considerable time to this institution,” said St. Andrews President Paul Baldasare. “We are successful in large part because of those who have stayed with us over the years and remained dedicated to providing a top educational experience to our students.”

Jennie Adams, Millie English, Dr. David Herr, Dale McDavid and Debbie Smith were honored for 10 years of continuous service.

Baldasare and Robert Beasley were honored for 15 years of service.

Professors Stephanie McDavid and Howard Reichner were honored for 20 years of service.

Drs. Norman Boggs and Robert Hopkins were honored for 30 years of service while Dr. Edna Ann Loftus was honored for 35 years of service.

“Thank you for a good year,” Baldasare said.
