The Site of St. Andrews
![]() |
St. Andrews University is a branch of Webber International University located in the Sandhills of North Carolina in the city of Laurinburg. The site was selected for the consolidation of two regional institutions due to the Scottish heritage and the high value of education by that group. With a groundbreaking on April 15, 1959, the 600 acres featuring a 70-acre lake are still a central part of the culture of Scotland County. |
