	"After St. Andrews I earned an MA and a PhD in Latin American History at Tulane University. I taught for 10 years at UMASS-Amherst before returning to Tampa as a Professor of History. Throughout my educational career I've returned frequently to St. Andrews because my experience here is the foundation for all I've done in education.
