In their own words...
"Living on campus is a life experience I have learned so much from. We eat together, watch TV together, study together, and do absolutely nothing together. When I go home for breaks, it's like I'm leaving my second family!"
- Jess Cutler, Class of '10, from FL

Riding Council

A Students branch of the St. Andrews Equestrian Program, the Riding Council enhances the riding experience for the student and serves the Equestrian Program Staff as an advisory board. All participants in the St. Andrews Equestrian Program are members of the Riding Council.

Riding Council serves the Equestrian Program by preparing the horses and the facility for all in house events including IHSA and IDA shows and Open Houses. At the beginning of each academic year upperclassmen organize a barn orientation and Equestrian Fair to welcome the freshman class to the Equestrian Program. Activities throughout the year include Air Band, Pool Night, the Christmas Party, Kick Ball and Rider’s Roast. Members of Riding Council volunteer the Adopt-A-Highway Program on Hasty Road.
