In their own words...
"As a first generation Latin American, it was different coming here, but I soon realized that I could just be me. St. Andrews is a school for people who like small classes and a close community."
- Anthony Fernandez, Class of '10

Get Involved

Your time at St. Andrews has provided you with a lifelong connection to the University. Here are some of the ways you can stay in touch.

  • Read the online newsletter, St. Andrews by the Lake. Write an article for the publication or contribute to its Class Notes section.

  • Mentor a current student or a recent grad. Your professional experience can provide firsthand career and educational information to a student or new alumni. This might include networking, shadowing, or providing an internship, or it may be as simple as a phone call or personal interview.

  • Host an alumni gathering in your home or at a venue in your community.

  • Consider serving on the Alumni Council, an organization that creates a liaison between the Alumni Association and the University, and fosters friendship among alumni.

  • Give a professional seminar on campus, or be a guest lecturer in a classroom.

  • Refer a student through our Admissions Office, and attend Admissions Open Houses in your area to share your experience with prospective students and their parents.

  • Volunteer for special projects.

  • Give generously to St. Andrews.
